The TUF 34 bantamweight finale between Mehemmedeli Osmanli and Ilimbek Akylbek Uulu took place earlier tonight and was part of the UFC Vegas 121 main card at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Both fighters started throwing immediately, landing clean shots on each other before Ilimbek Akylbek Uulu took Mehemmedeli Osmanli down at the center of the octagon. Uulu then looked to do damage from full mount, but Osmanli managed to work his way back to his feet after a minute.

Just as the two were about to resume trading, Uulu slipped, and Osmanli landed an illegal knee that sent the Kazakh fighter crashing to the canvas.

After a brief break and assessing the replay, the ref waved off the bout, and Ilimbek Akylbek Uulu was declared the TUF 34 bantamweight winner via disqualification.

Official decision: Ilimbek Akylbek Uulu defeated Mehemmedeli Osmanli by DQ in Round 1 (2:19) at UFC Vegas 121.
