Pelle Larsson and the Miami Heat have agreed to a four-year, $60 million contract extension. Larsson and the Heat will hold a mutual option for the 2030-31 season.

Larsson was set to become a restricted free agent during the 2027 offseason if he and the Heat were unable to agree to an extension.

Larsson appeared in 70 games last season with the Heat, averaging 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 26.4 minutes.

Larsson will be entering his age-25 season in 2026-27. Larsson was the 44th overall pick in the 2024 NBA draft out of Arizona.
