Yes, more or less the same problem here:

Hmm. haven't noticed anything like this with mine. Will try to update in a few months.

Does is still play the same?

I don't know, it was from a customer. But he didn't notice it.

Doesn't necessarily mean that this is the case with every racket of that model.
But I've only ever seen cracks like this in cheap fakes, so I could imagine that this is a small problem with this model.

Its very common with this particular model 90K metallic.
as far as i observe, the crack is mostly surface level and still playable.

I remember seeing this "crack" before, but it was more like a paint one rather than frame. This was prevalent especially on the BAC versions, as well as some of the early batches

No issues on mine. Strung at 28lbs for over a year.

You mean surface=paint or surface=upper carbon layer?
If you mean just the paint in general, it wouldn't be so bad. But with such an expensive racket, it shouldn't be. It is the same as with Yonex rackets with the "cracking sound".

BAC versions? But yes, the racket in the picture of me is from one of the first orders in Germany.

Badminton Asia Championships (BAC) - basically the same 90KM, but with BAC logo and special racket bag.

Yea. Its regrettably bad for higher end model.

Mine just cracked (presumably while stringing). I actually didn't notice it until I was taking it off the stringing machine. 😭
