PROTECT YOUR DNA WITH QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayZwift is ramping up the training intensity just in time for summer racing blocks. The indoor (and now outside) training platform is introducing two key updates designed to provide riders with more training insight. Riders and racers can now have better control in tuning their Zwift fitness and a sharper edge in their virtual racing. Additionally, with the updated Zwift HUD, riding with your head unit on Zwift could become obsolete. So, whether you’re prepping for a late-season fondo or just chasing that next FTP bump, these new features aim to make every watt count.

Fitness Trends Now Live
As of July 2, Zwift’s Fitness Trends feature is available in the Zwift Companion App for iOS and Android. This update enables riders to explore their training history and performance with an all-new suite of interactive charts.

Zwift Fitness Trends:
- Set Training Goals for progress
- Zwift Streak tracking
- Historical Training Status (over months/years)
- Training Score insights (balanced custom training scores using FTP)
Users can filter everything by date, making it easier to connect their current form with what has been happening in their training log. Think of it as a performance dashboard that doesn’t require a sports science degree to understand.

Configurable HUD Update Drops July 15
Heads-up, data nerds—Zwift’s Configurable HUD (heads up display) is getting a serious upgrade. Dropping July 15 (also a rest day in the Tour if you’re counting), this update introduces new real-time metrics that give riders more control over what they see during the ride.
From basic averages to advanced physiological insights, you can now fully tailor the top-left HUD panel on your Zwift screen. Think of it as an update that can finally free you from your head unit while riding.
Here’s what’s new:
- Average Speed: Track pace at a glance.
- Average Watts/kg: Gauge your effort-to-weight efficiency.
- L/R Balance: Dual-sided power metrics for the pedal-smooth obsessed.
- Splits: Auto-tracked lap data to push your pacing.
- CORE Temp: Real-time core body temp tracking (when paired).
- CORE HSI: Heat Strain Index — how much your body is battling the burn.

Zwift partnered with CORE Body Temp to bring thermal tracking into the virtual training world. Pair the CORE Thermal Sensor through their app, and it’ll show up as a wearable in Zwift, adding a layer of environmental adaptation insight for those doing heat acclimation work.
