The Pisgah Conservancy’s annual Pisgah Project Bike Raffle is back for its 10th year, with proceeds going directly toward the nonprofit’s work supporting Pisgah National Forest. The centerpiece of the 2026 raffle is a purpose-built backcountry hardtail based around REEB Cycles’ steel Hall Pass frame, with the winner able to select their preferred frame size. The build brings together components from Cane Creek, Industry Nine, FOX, RaceFace, Thomson, WTB, Shimano, and Rockgeist, resulting in a rugged trail and bikepacking rig designed with Pisgah’s demanding trails in mind. Tickets are $30 each, and the winner will be drawn on November 5th, 2026.

2026 Pisgah Project Bike

At the heart of the Pisgah Project Bike is a REEB Cycles Hall Pass, a steel hardtail designed around trail-oriented geometry and a 130mm suspension fork. The frame features the versatile Portage Dropout system, which provides UDH compatibility and makes it possible to convert the bike to a singlespeed. Designed as a capable, adaptable platform for everything from technical trail riding to backcountry bikepacking, the Hall Pass should be right at home in Pisgah. The Pisgah Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated exclusively to supporting the Pisgah Ranger District of Pisgah National Forest in Western North Carolina. Working in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, the organization helps address the impacts of heavy visitation and limited public resources by raising funds, organizing volunteers, employing field staff, and planning and implementing projects throughout the district. Its work includes recreation and trail support, watershed and habitat improvements, invasive plant removal, cleanups, visitor education, and recovery from Hurricane Helene. Ultimately, the Conservancy aims to protect Pisgah’s long-term health while ensuring hikers, cyclists, climbers, anglers, campers, equestrians, and other visitors can continue to enjoy the forest.
