Tailfin’s new video walks through five reasons the Flip Top Tube Bag has become Molly’s favorite bag. One, of course, is the handy magnetic flip lid, which pops open with one finger (even with gloves) and naturally self-closes—plus, as demonstrated, it has a simple “stay-open” trick using an under-lid push to keep it propped wide for rummaging on the move. It also swallows messy, overstuffed loads and still stays shut securely, as she demonstrates with a lot of sewing tools. And like Neil proved in his review, it’s rock solid on rough trails when mounted to the top tube—either via straps or bolts (without a head-tube strap).
