You can usually directly contact the local distributor for Victor or Yonex for volume/ sponsorship deals. They will connect you with the European division if necessary.

Your choice for modern non-animal products seem to be Victor NCS/pro/max and Yonex Crosswind 70.

Be aware the plastic and foam are probably sourced from the oil industry, these have their own ethical concerns.
The glue might still be part animal based. I am unsure about the skin on the cork.
