The 27-year-old forward has agreed to a three-year, $55.5 million extension that also includes a trade kicker.
His new contract is fully guaranteed and will keep him under contract with New Orleans through the 2029-30 season, according to his agents James Dunleavy and Jordan Gertler of Excel Sports Management.
Bey missed the entire 2024-25 campaign while recovering from a torn ACL suffered during his time with the Atlanta Hawks.
He responded with an impressive comeback after joining the Pelicans, producing the best scoring season of his NBA career.
Bey averaged a career-high 17.7 points per game last season.
