The Detroit Pistons have signed-and-waived Dawson Garcia and Basheer Jihad. Both sets of transactions are designed to get Garcia and Jihad to the Motor City Cruise for the upcoming G League season.

Garcia appeared in 17 games for the Cruise last season. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 6.3 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.1 minutes per game.

Jihad played in 48 G League games for the College Park Skyhawks last season. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 11.1 points on 52.1% shooting and 5.6 rebounds per game.
