Partizan Mozzart Bet have officially signed Ethan Thompson, adding the 27-year-old guard on a two-year contract ahead of the 2026-27 season.

The move confirms recent reports connecting Thompson with the Serbian club.

He joins a revamped Partizan roster that will compete in EuroLeague, the ABA League and domestic competitions under head coach Joan Penarroya.

Thompson brings NBA experience and additional versatility to Partizan’s backcourt.

The 6-foot-4 guard can provide scoring while also giving the team another physical option defensively on the perimeter.

His move to Europe became possible after the Indiana Pacers waived him from his two-way contract on Thursday.

Thompson enjoyed his largest NBA role during the 2025-26 season, appearing in 32 games and making 13 starts for Rick Carlisle’s Pacers.

He averaged 7.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

He was even more productive in the G League, averaging 26.8 points per game during stints with the Sioux Falls Skyforce and Noblesville Boom.

Partizan will now hope Thompson’s combination of NBA and G League experience can translate into an important role during their upcoming EuroLeague campaign.
