Two rounds remain in the 2025 FIM Motocross World Championship and the two title battles, MXGP and MX2, are no closer to being resolved. The final triple header launched in Türkiye, ahead of stops in China and Australia. Türkiye belonged to KTM-mounted riders: Jeffrey Herlings won for the fourth time in 2025 (matching his 2024-win total) and Simon Längenfelder took his sixth in MX2.

Lucas Coenen and Romain Febvre joined Herlings on MXGP's podium; the difference between those two is just 26 with 120 points on the table. MX2 is a much tenser affair, with just 12 points between Längenfelder and Kay de Wolf (second overall in Türkiye).
