Two AL Central rivals take to the diamond in Detroit Tigers VS Chicago White Sox as they kick off the weekend series in the Motor City.

Detroit played the rubber game of their three-game series with the Kansas City Royals in Kansas City on Wednesday night. They were eliminated 4-1 in the midst of the series on Tuesday night. 

Last year, the White Sox won 12 out of 19 meetings, although the Tigers swept a three-game set on the road in the most current series between the teams on September 23-25, 2022.
