Dwyane Wade’s eldest son, Zaire Wade, has been charged with a felony following his arrest last month in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident.

According to NBC4 in Los Angeles, Zaire faces one felony charge after initially being booked on three charges when he was arrested in Burbank.

Police responded to a home around 5:30 a.m. on June 21 after receiving reports of a woman screaming. Officers said they found Zaire and a woman with multiple lacerations to her face.

The woman was not transported to a hospital. Zaire was originally booked on suspicion of felony domestic violence, criminal threats, and false imprisonment, and an emergency protective order was issued.

He was released later that day after posting a $50,000 bond.

According to Burbank Police Department call logs, witnesses reported hearing yelling and stomping from the residence, prompting concerns about a possible domestic disturbance.
