PROTECT YOUR DNA WITH QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe new Commençal Meta Power SX 800 bumps up travel and power from SX 400, giving you 10mm more squish and 200 more watt hours.
The frame is beefier to handle the larger battery, but still sleek, and keeps the accessory tool mounts inside the front triangle. Here’s the promo video:
If you don’t have 3.5 minutes to watch the overview, here’s the key specs:
- SRAM Eagle 90 (mechanical) drivetrain
- 180mm travel front and rear
- 29″ front wheel / 27.5″ rear
- 100Nm torque
- 800Wh battery
- 250Wh range extender (or a 750ml bottle)
- All-aluminum frame
- Lifetime warranty

…and it’s all built around their VCS (Virtual Contact System) suspension, a multi-linkage design that keeps the rear tire glued to the ground and you quite comfortable.

It’s powered by the new BOSCH CX Gen5 motor, the most powerful in the Bosch line-up. It delivers up to 100Nm of torque and 750W of maximum power, yet extremely quiet. And paired with a monstrous 800Wh battery, they say you can turbo it for the whole ride…but they still recommend using Bosch’s Range Assistant if you’re planning a long day in the mountains just to be safe.

You can also use the new inlaid screen with the Bosch KIOX 400C’s navigation feature (with audible tones), making it really easy to stay on course and not waste those precious watt-hours.

Two models are offered, one with Fox suspension ($9,500) and one with Rockshox ($8,500).

Both come with SRAM’s mechanical Eagle 90 drivetrain, so you only need to charge the bike, not its parts.

Both models get TRP brakes and DT Swiss wheels, and both are available for pre-order now for delivery in November.
Full specs for each build available on their website.
