After a crash in the opening laps of moto one at the AMA Pro Motocross Championship opener, Chase Sexton has been missing from the starting line since. The official word from KTM was Sexton was “banged up,” although no specifics were detailed even though he said he was not injured in the crash.

Now, we have received word Sexton will make his return to racing this weekend for the RedBud National. The Michigan facility is the Illinois native’s “home” race. Is this post-supercross season reset exactly what Sexton needed? We'll find out.
