Buddy Hield and the Atlanta Hawks have agreed to extend his guarantee deadline date from Thursday. Hield has $3 million of his $9.7 million salary fully guaranteed.

Hield played in just seven games following his trade from the Golden State Warriors to the Hawks at the trade deadline. With the Warriors, Hield appeared in 44 games and averaged 8.0 points in 17.5 minutes.

Hield will be playing in his age 32 season.
