Ricardo Bauer set the fastest time in the ADAC 125 Cup in Dreetz, ahead of Dutch riders Dean Gregoire and Mike Visser. Belgian rider Ian Ampoorter posted the fourth-fastest time, just ahead of Finn Lange.

Dex van den Broek also qualified comfortably with the 13th-fastest time. Vince van Hoof (21st) and Seth Priem (36th) also made it through qualifying.
