Tsarukyan knocked out Mauricio Ruffy cold in Round 1 at UFC 331 earlier tonight, after which he jumped outside the cage to shake Dana White’s hand and to announce that his next fight should be a title shot and nothing else.

Dana White lauds Arman Tsarukyan
Dana White has lauded Arman Tsarukyan post-UFC 331. Last year, after “Batman” pulled out of UFC 311, White had announced that the 29-year-old is going back to the drawing board and will not get a title shot anytime soon. But earlier tonight, after Tsarukyan’s UFC 331 win, White confirmed that the Armenian “couldn’t have had a better comeback.” He said:
“When you f*ck up, then you come back and you do everything the right way. I mean you couldn’t have had a better comeback after the things that he’d done.”
