Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayOne of the better fights on the upcoming schedule is now kaput, as Mike Coppinger reports that Anthony Cacace has suffered a back injury ahead of his planned August 16th showdown with Raymond Ford on Riyadh Season’s Moses Itauma vs Dillian Whyte show.
Ford (17-1-1, 8 KO), last seen schooling Thomas Mattice in April, will presumably stay on the show in a new matchup. Say one thing for Turki and co, they’re impressively adept at putting together solid scraps on short notice.
Cacace (24-1, 9 KO) is on a career-best run at the age of 36, defeating Joe Cordina, Josh Warrington, and Leigh Wood in the span of 12 month. Ford would have represented both his toughest test and a potentially dynamite clash of styles, so hopefully he bounces back quickly.
The card still features Nick Ball vs Sam Goodman, Filip Hrgovic vs David Adeleye, and the latest from top prospect Hayato Tsutsumi.
