Victor Wembanyama, Chet Holmgren and Ausar Thompson headlined the 2025-26 NBA All-Defensive Teams and were joined on the first Team by Rudy Gobert and Derrick White. Wembanyama received 100 First Place votes, while Holmgrne was First Team on 93 ballots.

Scottie Barnes, Cason Wallace, Bam Adebayo, OG Anunoby and Dyson Daniels were voted to the Second Team.

Stephon Castle, Amen Thompson, Draymond Green and Toumani Camara received the next most votes. Castle and Thompson were only two points behind Daniels for the final Second Team slot.
