Veteran guard Victor Oladipo is hoping to earn another NBA opportunity, announcing that he will hold a workout for league personnel in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old shared on social media that the session will begin at 11:00 a.m. local time and will be led by Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Phil Handy.

According to Oladipo, the workout is “open to NBA front office executives, scouts, coaches, league personnel, and officials interested in attending.”

The former No. 2 overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft enjoyed the best years of his career with the Indiana Pacers, earning Most Improved Player honors, All-NBA Third Team, All-Defensive First Team recognition, and two All-Star selections.

However, a ruptured quadriceps tendon suffered in 2019 significantly altered the trajectory of his career.

Oladipo battled several more major injuries over the following years, including another quadriceps surgery in 2021 and a torn left patellar tendon during the 2023 NBA Playoffs.

His last NBA appearance came on April 22, 2023.

Last season, Oladipo played for the Wisconsin Herd in the G League, averaging 14.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.7 steals in 26 games.

Although his G League rights were later traded to the Cleveland Charge, he never appeared for the team’s affiliate.
