Southern California-based Nano Worx broke onto the scene just over a year ago. Initially, the brand was perhaps more well-known for its 3D-printed computer mounts, offering aerodynamic savings of two watts. They’ve also branched into other similar aero-boosting bike products.

Now, Nano Worx is allowing customers to ditch their clunky saddle bags for a sleek new design. The company’s first “Draft Box” is designed to fit all generations of the Cervelo S5, and apparently “doubles as an aero faring.” 

The Draft Box is size-specific, fitting nearly the entire size catalog, save for the largest 61cm Cervelo S5 frames. Its lid doubles as a tire lever and also has a spot to store a CR2032 battery if your SRAM shifter pod dies. Nano Worx designed the Draft Box to mount directly to the Cervelo S5’s seatpost. We assume the same with future iterations. 

That’s right, they’re making more. While Nano Worx hasn’t released any information about the next Draft Box, they confirmed that more bike-specific boxes are planned for the future.

Sliding the lid off the Draft Box will expose a 32mm x 105mm opening. Near the seat post, the box measures 90mm deep, narrowing to 50mm on the shallow end. In total, the Draft Box can hold 0.3 liters and weighs 100 grams.

Along with the new Draft Box for the Cervelo S5, Nano Worx also has a range of other 3D-printed bike accessories. They offer computer mounts (aero, of course) specifically for Canyon, Specialized, Pinarello, Cervelo, Scott, Trek, and Enve handlebars. For bikes or bars outside of those categories, they also have a more universal round bar mount.

Nano Worx also makes an aero cover for the chainring and crank. However, this is only compatible with SRAM Red or Force cranks/chainring, and does have both 1x and 2x options. They also offer a variety of accessories specifically designed for Specialized SWAT, as well as several Air Tag holder options for added bike security.
