According to BasketNews, the French club is working toward a multi-year agreement with the All-EuroLeague guard, who has emerged as one of the most sought-after players on the market.
Francisco is coming off an outstanding season with Zalgiris Kaunas, averaging 16.5 points, 6.5 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague.
He finished second in MVP voting and earned All-EuroLeague First Team honors.
The 28-year-old also helped Zalgiris secure the No. 5 seed and reach the EuroLeague playoffs before their elimination against Fenerbahce.
If talks are finalized, ASVEL would add one of Europe’s top guards to its roster ahead of next season.
