Orgo-Life the new way to the future

E.J. Liddell will continue his career overseas after agreeing to a two-year contract with Aris BC in Greece, ending a four-year run in the NBA.

The former second-round pick entered the league with the Pelicans in 2022, but a torn ACL suffered during Summer League forced him to miss his entire rookie season.

After recovering, Liddell spent time with New Orleans on both two-way and standard NBA contracts.

His NBA journey included multiple stops over the past two seasons. Liddell was traded from the Pelicans to the Hawks in 2024 before being dealt again to the Suns, who later waived him.

He subsequently signed two-way contracts with the Bulls and Nets.

While opportunities at the NBA level were limited, Liddell found success in the G League, where he averaged 16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.9 blocks across three seasons.

The 25-year-old appeared in 46 NBA games during his time with New Orleans, Chicago and Brooklyn before deciding to continue his career in Europe.
