Brian Johnson, the social media personality known as “Liver King,” was arrested on Wednesday for making terroristic threats against UFC color commentator Joe Rogan, and even flew to Austin to confront the Spotify podcaster.

The 47 year-old Johnson was released later on $20,000 bond and immediately picked up where he left off, despite a restraining order and instructions from law enforcement to remain at least 200 yards away from Rogan and his family.

“Some guy thought if you just put him in jail, have the Violent Crimes Division come arrest him for a terroristic threat, the whole time that terroristic threat you thought was a bomb or something, inside that box, it’s actually a present for you and your Mothership colleagues,” Johnson said on Instagram.

A conviction could land Johnson a $2,000 fine and up to six months in jail.

“I don’t want to give any details, nor any names,” Johnson continued. “That’s how you get ready for a fight. And you thought the videos would stop. But they will never stop … you’ve got an infinite amount of venom, and then we’ll hug and unite … at some point you have to capitulate something. Real tension, real fight.”

According to records obtained by TMZ, Rogan told police Johnson “appears to be significantly unstable and seems like he needs help,” while also suggesting the creepy carnivore and supplement peddler has “a significant drug issue.”

Johnson has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
