The Houston Rockets waived a trio of players, as they begin the process of finalizing their open night roster. Houston waived Bryce Harris, Cameron Matthews and Caleb McConnell from their Exhibit 10 contracts. Harris, Matthews and McConnell are all expected to join the Rio Grande Valley Vipers for the G League season.

Houston still has work to do to finalize their roster. The Rockets have Oscar Tshiebwe and Julian Phillips still on Exhibit 10 contracts. Houston also has an open two-way spot, which is expected to go to one of Phillips or Tshiebwe.
