Earlier tonight in the main event of UFC 332, the vacant UFC women’s flyweight championship was up for grabs, and to capture it, Natalia Silva and Wang Cong locked horns.
Fight recap
Natalia Silva’s constant pressure, accurate striking, check hooks, elbows, and front-leg kicks proved too much for Wang Cong in Round 1. The Chinese fighter struggled to find her footing and her range. Every time “The Joker” tried to close the distance, Silva punished her with sharp counters.

Meanwhile, Silva dropped her with a high head kick and also took her down a couple of times.
In Round 3, although Cong had more success closing the distance, she remained hesitant and failed to land much. Silva once again landed the more significant and consistent strikes throughout.
