The Los Angeles Clippers have waived Johni Broome. The Clippers had to eventually reduce their roster to 15 standard NBA contracts.

The Clippers acquired Broome from the Philadelphia 76ers in late July. The move allowed the Sixers to stay under the aprons while signing LeBron James and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

Broome appeared in 11 games with the Sixers after he was the 35th overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft out of Auburn.
