Jeffrey Herlings also won the second race in the deep sand of Lommel. Behind Herlings, Kay de Wolf came in second again, ahead of Tom Vialle.

Tim Gajser finished fourth and Andrea Adamo fifth. Romain Febvre was second until the penultimate lap when Kay de Wolf passed him, and in the very last lap, the reigning French World Champion had to stop due to mechanical problems. He was still classified thirteenth.

The overall results were for Jeffrey Herlings 1-1, second was Kay de Wolf 2-2, and third Tim Gajser with 3-4. In the World Championship standings, Herlings now has a 104-point lead over the new number two Romain Febvre and 109 points over Lucas Coenen.
