The Utah Jazz travel to Crypto.com Arena to face the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, November 18, with both teams managing significant injury concerns.

Utah will be without Walker Kessler, Georges Niang, John Tonje, and Oscar Tshiebwe, while Kyle Anderson, Kyle Filipowski, and Taylor Hendricks are listed as questionable.

Los Angeles also enters the game with uncertainty, as LeBron James and Gabe Vincent are both questionable due to right sciatica and a left ankle sprain, respectively. If James plays, it will be his 2025-26 season debut.

Utah relies on Lauri Markkanen, who leads the team with 30.6 points per game, and Keyonte George, contributing 22.2 points and 7.0 assists per contest. Jusuf Nurkic and Kyle Filipowski provide frontcourt support with 9.5 and 5.6 rebounds per game, respectively.

The Lakers feature Luka Doncic as the team’s centerpiece, averaging 34.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 8.9 assists per game. Austin Reaves adds 28.3 points and 8.2 assists per contest, while Deandre Ayton anchors the paint with 16.2 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. LeBron’s participation would boost both scoring and playmaking.

Recent results show contrasting momentum. Utah narrowly defeated the Chicago Bulls 150-147 in double overtime before losing 132-122 to Atlanta, while Los Angeles has won consecutive games, beating Milwaukee 119-95 and New Orleans 118-104. Both teams will look to leverage recent performances despite roster uncertainty.

This marks the first meeting between these squads in the 2025-26 season. Tip-off is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET.
