without knowing anything about you......train proper movement, get knee brace, strength training, lose weight. (pick one or more)
For consideration
im giant brute panda
Im powerfull but quite heavy myself.
Been awhile im not measuring myself, so abit of wild guest here to give a picture 176cm 80kg.
Before i use Victor A950CA.
Good but need to replace insole regularly plus adding heel gel insole, so i wont had knee pain.
Then when the shoes broken, i switch to P9200. Its support shoes, so more cushion & stability. Had no heel pain at all so far, but still need to replace the insole regularly.
So as @Kaydee mention, which is your case. Overweight as myself? Or else?
Lastly, as far as i know, Yonex build to perform really well but never build to last. At least compare to other brand. So maybe try replace the insole 1st.
how about knee strap
Mizuno Wave Fang Pro also good shoes
proper warm up and cool down..

You need to elaborate where you get pain exactly in the knee (front, back, one side, etc), what makes it worse and is it in both knees. Then guidance can be given.

Shoes are just the half. I don't give any medical advices here, if you struggle with pain see a doctor. There can be several reasons for knee pain. Even at the same location there can be several reasons for that.
FME Proper shoes and replacing them frequently and playing in halls with good floors (not dusty, if dusty put in the extra effort to wipe them) is something you can do. I prefer double sprung floors which are better for the knee joints. If it is concrete with a added mat, I don't play there.
Also just play when you are warmed up properly. Also when there is rotations on courts do some running and other stuff and also add 5-10 minutes on court for hitting gentle and slow. Some people will force you to rush, but you need to be strong and confident. It's your health, what other do to their body is there business.
Don't recommend knee straps - fix the root cause! More important to strengthen muscles around the knee (quads, glutes, adductors, hamstrings, calves) to prevent this from long term issues
Exercises like lunges and wall sits to train your surrounding muscles, and shoes for heavier players like Eclipsion series
