Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors have agreed to complete their previously proposed trade sending Kawhi Leonard back to the Raptors for Brandon Ingram, Grady Dick, two unprotected first round picks and two second rounders.
The two sides will next schedule a trade call with the NBA league office.
The trade was originally agreed upon on June 30th, but was never formalized pending the conclusion of the NBA's investigation into possible cap circumvention by Leonard and the Clippers.
The Clippers were issued a significant punishment nearly two weeks ago and the franchise used the time since then to absorb the penalties and work through internal logistics.
Lawrence Frank, who has long been the Clippers' lead decision-maker, is on a six-month suspension.
Leonard left the Raptors to sign with the Clippers during the 2019 offseason shortly after leading the team to the NBA championship.
Leonard is eligible for a contract extension worth as much as $126 million over two years as he enters the final season of his current deal.
