Sean Strickland fought Abus Magomedov in UFC Vegas 76’s main event, sending him straight back to the “Prelims.”

Oh, and then he competed for UFC’s Middleweight title two months later.

On the same card, Kevin Lee returned to UFC and got put to sleep in less than one minute!

July 2, 2023

Alex Pereira earned a title shot against Israel Adesanya, knocking out the aforementioned Strickland at UFC 276.

July 3, 2010

At UFC 116, Brock Lesnar survived a big first-round beatdown to come back and submit Shane Carwin.

UFC 175

July 5, 2014

Ronda Rousey dispatched Alex Davis in 16 seconds in UFC 175’s co-main event back in July 2014.
