Even a (very) short yoga for posture practice can help reset your tight, desk-bound muscles. So if you’ve had a long day of meetings or just some prolonged work sitting at your computer or desk, this is going to be a needed break for your neck, your shoulders, your wrists, your hips, your low back, and your hamstrings.

3-Minute Standing Yoga for Posture

Although you don’t even need a yoga mat for this practice (!), a hand towel or yoga strap can help you further open your hunched, tense shoulders.
