Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs has already made NBA history as one of the league’s most dominant shot blockers in playoff action.

Despite appearing in only eight postseason games so far, Wembanyama currently owns the highest blocks-per-game average in NBA playoff history at 4.4 blocks per game.

The young superstar sits ahead of legendary defenders such as Hakeem Olajuwon, who averaged 3.3 blocks across 145 playoff games, and David Robinson, who posted 2.5 blocks per game over 123 appearances.

Several iconic rim protectors appear throughout the all-time rankings, including Dikembe Mutombo, Tim Duncan, Patrick Ewing, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Shaquille O’Neal.

Zach Edey has also made an early appearance on the list, averaging 2.5 blocks per game through his first four playoff contests.
