Thibault Benistant has provided his first personal update on his medical condition. The French motocross rider has suffered a spinal cord injury and is currently fully focused on his rehabilitation.

Benistant deliberately took some time to process the news and, until now, did not feel ready to speak about it publicly. According to those around him, he is now fully committed to his recovery. Every day, he works physically, mentally, and emotionally on his rehabilitation, with the same determination he showed throughout his racing career.

The recovery process will be long and intensive, with no fixed timeline. There will be good days and difficult days, but Benistant is trying not to focus on months or deadlines. Instead, his focus is on small victories and making progress with every training session.
