The Mount Pleasant Show n’ Shine, presented by HMPL, Firstlight Frameworks, Main Street Brewing, and the Mount Pleasant BIA, is back for its third year. Join Vancouver’s cycling community on Saturday, June 6th, from 12-4 p.m. on East 7th Avenue for an afternoon celebrating bikes, music, food, our wonderful community, and local businesses. This is a free, all-ages community event celebrating bikes, music, food, and neighborhood culture in Mount Pleasant. Find more details from the organizers below.

In the organizers’ words, “Entry for the Show n’ Shine is $5 on the day, no need to pre-register. ?All bikes made pre 2010 will be accepted (we’d LOVE to see some early 00’s freeride bikes come out!). Show n’ Shine Categories include: People’s Choice, Pure Vintage, Resto-Mod, Daily Rider, and Best DIY. We’ve got TONS of amazing prizes this year for the winners of every category, including some highly sought-after gear from everyone’s favorite Stridsland Journal. All proceeds from the Show n’ Shine will be donated to Gravel Buddies this year, an amazing local Vancouver cycling club… We will also have a ton of amazing local makers and vendors set up at the show, including Paul Brodie, Schon Studios/Frameset Supply, HMPL, MICA Cycles, Fauna Components, NJF Export, Threefold Objects, and Bucket Chan Bags.”
