Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayI was talking with a fellow stringer on what we encountered through our years of stringing.
He told me he once had a racket which had no grommets in the middle region, but the string went around the frame, trough gutters. He could not remember the brand and model. It made me curious to find pictures of it. Does anyone know which racket he is talking about and how it looks like?
Think there were also some Prince rackets with had big holes in the frame and no grommets. It's easier to find the tennis rackets online but I'm sure they did it on badminton rackets too.

The O3 rackets. In 1995 they also had a Prince Axis series, I learned how to string rackets on those rackets.

Absolutely. I restrung one recently, the top part of the Prince racket had slits, instead of grommets. It was just for the mains string though.
