I know there used to be a thread like this about two years ago. but considering the number of members and new rackets we have at present, I am curious again. How many and what brands of rackets do you bring to court during play days?
I usually bring my 2 trusted AT OFF 800's, SOTX Woven 7, and my priceless SOTX Ltd. Ed Woven 12.

I usually have Yonex NS 8000, Ti-10 & Apacs Nanopower 7000 in my bag.
3-4 cab30ms as always...
Could be over crowded, if picking up numerous rackets from others, as to be strung. ![]()
At the moment,
- 2 x mp99
- 2 x woven 7
Soon gonna add another one, either woven 7 or mp99 depends which one i got my hand on first
1 Ti-10.. ![]()
Hopign to get the new verison of Ti-10, it looks very nice. But I need money =(
2 x NS8000
1 x AT800de
and 1 or 2 older yonex models to lend out to friends
4 NS8000 - I don´t think it´s a good idea to mix types of rackets as it makes it more difficult to get the feeling of the balance, grip, power etc.
1 ns8k
1 fleet nano smash 55
1 fleet nano muscle 75 (I think)
1 carbonex 21sp

100% agree... Sometimes, even same rackets from different production batches might feel a bit different (e.g. 85g 3u vs. 89g 3u). ![]()

- No doubt about that, I tried to get my rackets with a G5 grip, but they are only available to the sponsored players... I had to settle with G4 which is almost as thin. If I had been forced to choose G3 there would have been a significant difference in the way the racket feels when you hit! Pay attention to the details when you choose eqipment, what´s perfect for lets say Lin Dan or Peter Gade might not be the thing to choose for you... ![]()
For now 3 NS7000, switching to SOTX Woven 5A next month
(might also try NS9000S if I get weak
)
Two Forza Super Power 9000s, an old Tronox school racquet my kids use and one of Cooler's Winnex racquets he mistakenly put in there after last practice.
1 Iso TiSP
1 AT-500(coming! can't wait!)
and a pair of shoes =)

Yea, i agree with u in that one, but personally i think its better to have 2 types of rackets with slightly different characteristic (head heavy and even balance, or head lite and even balance) so when u feel like u have an off day u can switch to a racket thats easier to use.

there are no wrong reasons to have more racquet in your racquet bag![]()

I think it´s a very individual discussion...I can see what you mean, but then again it´s not something i´ve experienced...If i´m havin a bad day it´s because me and then not even the best racket in the world can save my miserable day
- Not because it should be any sort of evidence, but how many times do you see the pro players change type of racket in the middle of a game? even if they are losing I cannot recall any?...but then again...as I said, its individual
I´m not to say whats right or wrong!
1 x MP90
1 x MP99
1 x NS9000x
1 x NS8000 (Just bought this, can't wait to try it out tonight)
1 x AT800DE (This is also new, wanna try this out too)
My AT800's OFF are for playoing really hard games in men's doubles. My woven 12 is for mixed doubles as I feel I need a lighter racket because being the male, I will be hitting the shuttle more. My woven 7 is for warming up on my smashes from the base line.
1 x Ti-10 (old)
1 x Ti-10 (new)
1 x MP77
1 x MP99
1 x CAB30MS
