“Like A Train”

“He is very consistent and like a train. He keeps on going forward. He keeps on going forward,” Mosley Jr. told FightSpiderTV about Bohachuk.

Mosley Jr. said the key to beating Bohachuk appears to involve disrupting his pressure before he is able to establish momentum during fights.

“Don’t Let The Train Get Moving”

“If you look at his losses, most of those guys plant. They stand right there, and they don’t let the train get moving,” Mosley Jr. said.

The veteran middleweight specifically pointed toward Bohachuk’s fights against Brandon Adams and Vergil Ortiz Jr. while discussing the styles that created problems for the Ukrainian pressure fighter.

“When he got dominated in the second fight, Brandon essentially stood there and just went at it.

“Vergil was basically a buzzsaw. He didn’t let him get going,” Mosley Jr. said.

Mosley Jr. admitted he is still weighing whether he wants to fully copy those approaches tonight or adapt parts of them into his own style.

“Do I want to do what they did, or can you still take some of those concepts and try to figure out a way through those things without being a buzzsaw?” Mosley Jr. said.

Mosley Jr. is coming off a 12-round unanimous decision loss to Jesus Ramos Jr. last December and needs a strong performance tonight after struggling with Ramos Jr.’s pressure and punching power.
