The sound, smoke, and smell of a two-stroke are back. Monster Energy and Dirt Shark brought Ryan Villopoto back to a place where he celebrated major successes in the past: the Ironman National circuit in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

This time, RV2 climbed aboard Kawasaki’s all-new 2027 KX327 two-stroke. Villopoto was given plenty of opportunity to put the new machine through its paces, showing that he certainly hasn’t lost his touch when it comes to riding a two-stroke.

It’s a special combination: one of the greatest motocross riders of all time, a brand-new Kawasaki two-stroke, and the track where Villopoto built an important part of his legacy.
