Reeves, 25, played college basketball for Illinois State and Kentucky before entering the NBA through the 2024 draft. The Orlando Magic selected him in the second round.

Reeves spent his first three college seasons at Illinois State, steadily increasing his scoring production. He averaged 7.2 points in 31 games as a freshman in 2019-20, followed by 12.4 points in 2020-21. In his final season with the Redbirds, he recorded 20.1 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 39% from three-point range.

He transferred to Kentucky for the 2022-23 season, averaging 14.4 points and shooting 39.8% from beyond the arc. Reeves increased his production to 20.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game in 2023-24, while converting 44.7% of his three-point attempts and 88% of his free throws.

Reeves then moved into professional basketball, appearing in 44 NBA games for the New Orleans Pelicans during the 2024-25 season. He averaged 6.9 points in 15 minutes per game, shooting 39.5% from three-point range.

He also played 11 games for the Birmingham Squadron in the G League that season, averaging 24.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 42% from three-point range. In 2025-26, Reeves averaged 17.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 35 games for the Greensboro Swarm, making 38.7% of his three-point attempts. He also appeared in 10 NBA games for the Charlotte Hornets.

Partizan enter the signing with a 3-3 record after six EuroLeague games, placing 12th in the 20-team standings. The Belgrade club have averaged 77.7 points per game, while several players have contributed to their scoring.

Carlik Jones leads Partizan with 14.8 points and six assists per game. Tonye Jekiri averages 10.2 points, while Lamar Stevens has contributed 9.8 points and 4.5 rebounds in four appearances.

Reeves’ perimeter shooting could provide another option for a team that has made 30.6% of its three-point attempts through its first six EuroLeague games. He shot at least 38.7% from beyond the arc in each of his final three college and G League seasons, including 44.7% in his last year at Kentucky.
