For Venezia, RJ Cole scored 16 points, Amedeo Tessitori recorded 15 points and ten rebounds, Ky Bowman had 12 points, and Jordan Parks finished with ten.
Venezia stayed competitive during the first half, but Olimpia went into the break with a 45-40 lead after hitting a three-pointer on the final possession.
Milano gradually increased the gap after halftime and put the game away with a late 6-0 run, leaving the hosts with no way back.
After also lifting the Italian Cup earlier this season, Olimpia Milano finish the year with a domestic double, adding the league title to their trophy collection and ending the campaign on a high note.
