The Denver Nuggets have registered interest in Cam Whitmore, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

Whitmore was most recently waived-and-stretched by the Cavs after the team acquired him from the Wizards last month.

Whitmore, who played just 21 games last season due to a blood clot in his shoulder, averaged 9.2 points and 2.8 rebounds for the Wizards.

The Nuggets currently have 14 players on their roster.
