Red Bud is always one of the biggest races of the year, and this year’s Fourth of July weekend once again delivered. With weather rolling in on Friday, conditions changed heading into Saturday adding another layer of difficulty for everyone making picks in MXA Fantasy. Between the atmosphere, the fans, the track conditions, and the unpredictability of the weekend, Red Bud proved once again why it is one of the most anticipated stops on the schedule.

This week’s MXA Fantasy winner was Goodland, who put together the best picks of the round and came away with the overall win. Goodland will be receiving his prize courtesy of FMF Racing, and we want to give a big thank you to FMF for their continued support.

Rounds like Red Bud are exactly what make MXA Fantasy so fun. The changing conditions, the pressure of a big race weekend, and the challenge of picking the right riders all came together to make it a tough but exciting round for players. 250 CLASS PREDICTIONS

Ryder DiFrancesco ran a good pace all weekend and landed third overall on the day at Red Bud.

For Red Bud, the 250 class was a strong score at the top, with Cole Davies and Jo Shimoda landing exactly where this user had them picked. Davies took the overall win, earning 26 points plus the 10-point exact-position bonus. Shimoda finished second, adding 23 points plus another 10-point bonus. That gave the user 69 points from the first two picks alone.

The rest of the order changed the score quite a bit. Julien Beaumer was picked third but finished outside the top six, while Ryder DiFrancesco ended up third overall after being picked sixth, still earning 21 points but missing the exact-position bonus. Levi Kitchen was picked fourth and finished fifth for 18 points, while Caden Dudney was picked fifth and finished sixth for 17 points. Casey Cochran was the rider who made the difference, finishing fourth overall but not being selected.

450 CLASS PREDICTIONS

Another great weekend for Jorge Prado who has really shown some serious speed this outdoor season thus far.

For Red Bud, the 450 class was a strong score, with Hunter Lawrence landing exactly where this user had him picked. Hunter took the overall win, earning 26 base points plus the 10-point exact-position bonus. Jett Lawrence was also picked correctly in third, adding another exact bonus to the score.

The biggest change came with Jorge Prado and Haiden Deegan swapping positions from the user’s picks. Prado was picked sixth but finished second, while Deegan was picked second and finished sixth. Even with that swap, both riders still scored points inside the top six. R.J. Hampshire and Garrett Marchbanks also matched their exact picks in fourth and fifth, giving this user four exact-position bonuses.
