Hardik Pandya, known as one of India’s most dynamic all-rounders, has once again captured hearts off the field — this time with a romantic gesture for his girlfriend, model and influencer Mahieka Sharma. The cricketer, who is currently focusing on regaining full fitness ahead of the South Africa series, showcased his softer side with a heartwarming display of affection that quickly went viral across social media.

Hardik Pandya’s romantic surprise for Mahieka Sharma

The buzz started when Mahieka took to Instagram to share stories of a lavish floral bouquet gifted by Pandya. In her posts, the young model described one image with the caption, “The perfect fall, bouquet!” and followed it with a heartfelt “Luckiest girl in the world,” expressing her joy over Pandya’s thoughtful surprise.

This gesture came shortly after the couple made their relationship Instagram official. Pandya had earlier posted several pictures with Mahieka days before his 32nd birthday, confirming months of speculation about their romance.

Their love story first caught the public eye when they were spotted at Mumbai airport in matching black outfits, sparking dating rumours. Since then, they’ve become fans’ favourite, often turning heads with their coordinated looks.

Pandya’s recovery and fitness focus

While Pandya’s romantic life made headlines, the cricketer remains equally focused on his professional commitments. After suffering an injury during the Asia Cup 2025 clash against Sri Lanka, which forced him to miss the final against Pakistan, he has been putting immense effort into his rehabilitation.

Currently training at the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Pandya resumed his sessions right after the Diwali festivities last week. The 32-year-old is said to be progressing well and is expected to regain full match fitness ahead of India’s South Africa tour. Despite missing the ongoing home series against Australia, selectors and fans remain optimistic about his comeback.

Known for his explosive batting and wicket-taking ability, Pandya’s return will strengthen India’s balance in both limited-overs and Test formats. His commitment to training reflects his intent to come back stronger than ever.
