The veteran guard recently left Maccabi Tel Aviv after both sides agreed to part ways.
In his lone EuroLeague season, Walker averaged 15.2 points and 2.5 rebounds.
Walker last played in the NBA with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2024-25, posting 12.4 points per game.
The former first-round pick has also played for the Spurs, Lakers and Nets during his seven-year NBA career.
Denver has strengthened its roster this offseason by adding Walker, EuroLeague Defensive Player of the Year Alpha Diallo and Marvin Bagley III, while also retaining Spencer Jones and Tyus Jones.
Meanwhile, the Nuggets remain engaged in sign-and-trade discussions involving restricted free agent Peyton Watson.
