LeBron James said he still has not decided whether he will return for a 24th NBA season and plans to wait before making any major decisions about his future.

Speaking on the “Mind the Game” podcast with Steve Nash, James explained that he is still taking time to process the offseason after the Los Angeles Lakers’ playoff elimination.

“I’m still in the moment of just taking my time,” James said.

The veteran superstar added that he likely will not seriously evaluate his options until later in free agency.

“I think at some point in June, late June, as July rolls around,” James said. “Maybe into August, we’ll start to kind of get a feel of what my future may look like.”
