Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has agreed to take Emi Martinez's place in joining Juventus this summer, with the World Cup winning goalkeeper set to stay at Aston Villa.
Antonin Kinsky has signed a new contract at Tottenham to cap a remarkable turnaround following his nightmare at Atletico Madrid in March.
The 23 year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year deal following an outstanding display in the 1-1 draw at home against Leeds and keeping a crucial clean sheet in the final-day victory over Everton.
We revealed this week that Kinsky is set to become Roberto De Zerbi's permanent number one and Vicario is set to leave Tottenham this summer, following the arrival of Martin Dubravka as the Czech's back-up.

Juventus agree £100,000-a-week deal with Vicario
Juventus have given up on their pursuit of Martinez after receiving indications he prefers to stay in the Premier League, instead turning attention to Vicario, whose own move to Italy fell through after Inter Milan could not reach an agreement with Tottenham, Football FanCast sources understand.
Vicario's entourage have been in active talks with the Turin outfit over salary terms, reaching an agreement on a huge pay rise that will see him earn €120,000-a-week (£100,000-a-week) - although once again the clubs still need to agree a fee.
The 29 year-old earns £75,000-a-week in North London, which places him outside of the club's top earners.
Vicario was doomed from the start
It's easy to detect when a goalkeeper simply doesn't take to English football, and once they start getting hammered by fans, in the press and on social media it's difficult to bounce back from.
Jamies Carragher held nothing back speaking about Vicario following a goal from Liverpool's Dominik Szoboszlai in March.
"He is a specialist but I tell you what, Tottenham don't have a goalkeeping specialist. It's not far off the middle of the goal, you've got to save that. Wow, that's awful, absolutely shocking from the goalkeeper.
"The reason the other fella [Kinsky] played in midweek is because he's not good enough. That's what it was. But Tottenham have got huge problems in goal." (March 2026)
Former Spurs player Jamie O'Hara also ripped into the former Empoli man after he appeared to blame his defence for conceding a goal against Monaco last October: "I'd turn around and say to him, 'Oi, you, digging me out, where have you been when we come for a cross?'
"Falling in the net from a cross, every time it comes in the box."
As for Villa, reliable goalkeepers don't grow on trees, so it is clearly the right decision to stick with Martinez, who at 33 presents little sale value despite all his accolades in recent years.
