Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jalen Williams is questionable for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals, though his injury designation has changed from left hamstring soreness to left hamstring strain.

Williams left Game 2 against the Spurs with the injury.

Ajay Mitchell remains out with a right calf injury. Mitchell also missed Game 4 with the injury.

The series is tied at 2-2 ahead of Tuesday's Game 5.
